Galaxy Lighting gladly accepts returns within 30 days of in-store pickup or delivery with an original receipt or invoice. Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50% (determined by the manufacturers’ terms).
plus a handling fee and return shipping costs.
Lighting fixtures, ceiling fans and related products must be in “like new” condition, in the original packaging and must not have been installed.
Lampshades must have original wrap to be returned!
Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased (less the restocking & freight charges)
Items not eligible for return/credit:
· Sale table clearance items
· Any item that has been installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
· Any item that is not in resalable condition.
· Made to order items
· Shipping and Handling charges
Damaged & Defectives:
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit from the manufacturer or there may be a product defect. Rest assured, we will stand by the products we sell and do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion.
